At Rama Iron - N - Steels, we strive to ensure the best quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, damages during transit, or incorrect items supplied.
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
  • Products must be unused, uncut, unaltered, and in their original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-cut, fabricated, or made-to-order iron products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation
  • Products returned after the specified reporting period
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged at delivery)

3. Return Process

  • Contact our support team with your invoice number and issue details.
  • Once approved, the product must be returned to our warehouse within the specified time.
  • Transportation charges for returns will be borne by the customer unless the error is from Rama Iron - N - Steels.

4. Refunds

  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or adjusted against future purchases.
  • In some cases, replacement may be offered instead of a refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellations before dispatch may be accepted at our discretion.
