At Rama Iron - N - Steels, we value transparency and efficient order processing. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch of materials.
  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing or through official communication channels.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

2. Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom-cut, fabricated, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
  • Bulk orders, once confirmed, are subject to cancellation only at the discretion of Rama Iron - N - Steels.

3. Cancellation Charges

  • Rama Iron - N - Steels reserves the right to levy cancellation charges to cover processing, handling, or material preparation costs.
  • Any applicable charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation approval.

4. Refund on Cancellation

  • If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or adjusted against future purchases.
  • Advance payments may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the order status.

5. Cancellation by Rama Iron - N - Steels

  • Rama Iron - N - Steels reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of stock, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be fully refunded.

6. Force Majeure

  • Orders affected by events beyond control such as natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions may be cancelled without liability.
